Your service has been THE BEST bar far of anyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The parts in question were of a very low value, yet you were super fast and extremely helpful in sourcing them for me, with very little earn it for you and the store you work for. You've helped me finish off a couple of restorations that I'm very fond of.
I will be sure to tell all of my Vintage Racing friends to try you guys first, if there's ever anything they need we can't get here in NZ.

I received your customer survey in the mail today along with the thank you letter for purchasing my used Royal Star through you. I felt it necessary to send you an e-mail as I felt the card did not give me enough room to write what I wanted to.
First of all, I have to open by saying that I am a repeat customer of Cycle Design and in my experience I have never found another dealer who pays as much attention as you do to the personal needs of your customer. Your staff
makes shopping so painless and pleasant it's almost scary. I was able to reach a deal on my Royal Star with Darryl (with Jayma's help), and I felt that from start to finish I was treated like a VIP. You certainly understand the
meaning of "customer service" and everything went exactly as I hoped it would, from the sales process, to financing, to vehicle delivery. The sales department was excellent, and it was followed up by great service from Sarah and Max, who both took time to make sure I was satisfied with my motorcycle right down to minor adustments that I feel most dealers would have either not done or would have
tried to pass through without my knowledge. I was able to find a motorcycle that I love and I know it's always in good hands whenever it needs to go in for routine service or repairs. Darryl was very patient with me and allowed me
the time and information to make a great choice while Krysten worked very hard to get me the best possible finance deal available. From start to finish, my
buying experience was excellent and I hope that you will pass this information on to all of those who were involved in my sale.
